Scott Jennings

Scott Jennings is a consultant to the construction industry. He works as a Principal at SJ Construction Consulting, LLC, as well as a Contract Trainer (Heavy Bid) at HCSS. He is a former heavy/civil construction executive and company owner. Scott provides high quality project management, litigation support, and education to construction companies across the country. With management and ownership roles in the self-performed construction industry for thirty years, Scott helps construction companies, engineering/CM firms, and owners with operational needs and legal challenges. He performs, develops, and assists in everything from estimating to construction management to litigation support.
