ELYSSA DIXON is a registered Professional Engineer, mindfulness and meditation coach, and founder of fleeceandforests LLC (www.fleeceandforests.com) in Seattle, WA. She worked as a civil engineer in consulting for eight years and realized that her passion lies in helping others succeed. Elyssa’s mindfulness practice profoundly changed her life by improving her wellbeing and making her a better leader and team member. She is trained as a meditation and mindfulness teacher and presents leadership training sessions focused on personal growth and leadership skills for multiple organizations and corporate trainings.
