Christopher Dalton is Managing Partner of BKD’s Transaction Advisory Services division, consisting of BKD’s Transaction Services and BKD Capital Advisors teams, located in St. Louis, MO. He has more than 26 years of accounting experience including approximately 17 years dedicated to M&A services. Chris has extensive experience in financial due diligence analysis, transaction structuring, deal negotiation support, and post-transaction planning assistance in a wide variety of industries. He has worked with numerous private equity and corporate entities and led numerous deal teams on acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalization transactions of varying complexities and sizes.
