This course provides financial professionals in the construction industry with the essential knowledge and strategic insight to manage human resource (HR) functions in alignment with industry standards and CCIFP certification requirements. Participants will explore key areas including compensation structures, employee benefit plans, labor and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, and the financial administration of HR functions. With a focus on both regulatory compliance and financial impact, learners will build a solid foundation for effective decision-making in construction HR management. This course supports exam readiness while preparing participants to apply best practices in real-world scenarios.

This five-module course introduces the key processes and practices that make HR in construction unique. The fifth module is a comprehensive final exam that requires achieving 70% or better to earn CPE credit. You will have one year with unlimited attempts to pass the multiple-choice question assessment and earn CPE credit. You will also have one year to review the module content, resources, knowledge checks, and final exam to help you prepare for the exam. Please note that successfully completing this program does not guarantee that you will pass the actual CCIFP exam.
